I have been working in go-to-market (GTM) since 2003, from being an individual contributor at publicly traded companies to founding two successful startups before launching this one.
As an individual contributor, I consistently produced 4x the results of my predecessors. As a sales leader, I’ve taken teams with shrinking revenues for over a year and turned them around to growth within a single quarter.
I earned my MBA from Wharton, where, surrounded by incredibly talented individuals, I found that my most valuable skill was GTM strategy.
Outside of work, I’m married with two children (4 and 7 years old). I enjoy trying new workouts and spending time on the golf course
Anthony Mella - Lead AI Development & Integration Engineer
Anthony is a true developer. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from McMaster University and years of experience building and shipping software at scale across enterprise organizations.
His background spans the full stack of modern software development from applying deep learning and neural networks for radar signal classification at Defence Research and Development Canada, to developing machine learning pipelines for biomedical data, and delivering production level software in global hybrid infrastructure environments.
Anthony brings a rare combination of low-level ML foundations and high-level systems development experience, making him exceptionally well-suited to architect and integrate sophisticated AI platforms, APIs, and scalable technical infrastructure.
David McShannon - Workflow Design and Systems Engineering
Dave is a distinguished engineer with a Master's degree in Engineering Physics from McMaster University and nearly a decade of experience across some of the semiconductor industry's most demanding research and process engineering environments.
Known for his rigorous, data-driven approach to complex systems, David has spent his career designing, optimizing, and scaling intricate technical workflows where precision and repeatability are non-negotiable.
That same engineering discipline now drives his focus on highly technical platforms — bringing deep systems thinking, a natural aptitude for integration architecture, and an obsession with performance to the development and optimization of complex AI systems
